FAQ

  • Is all your artwork entirely your own creations, without any modifications or use of materials that are publicly available? All artwork that I create are my own illustrations and designs created by myself from scratch. I don’t modify any publicly available artwork.
  • If we purchase your design, can we register our copyright for it with the US Patent and Trademark Office? Yes. If you purchase any of my designs, you will own the copyright and can register it with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Do you create new designs for sale to other companies using different layouts that include the same or similar elements to those in designs you've already sold? Occasionally, I’ll reuse a specific element across a few different pieces of artwork. If a company purchases one of those pieces, I remove that element from any other artwork where it appears, since I no longer hold the copyright to that particular image. That said, it’s rare for me to design that way.
  • Are we allowed to reproduce elements of the design we purchase?  Yes. You are allowed to reproduce elements of the designs you purchase. You will own the copyright to the image(s) you purchase and are allowed to use the elements in a manner that works for you.
  • Do you ever license your designs? Yes, I do. Most of the designs in my Private Gallery are available for either licensing or full buyout. However, a few pieces have been previously licensed and are no longer available for buyout. These will be clearly marked as "for license only.
